🩵TERMS OF SERVICE💙
GENERAL
⚫Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees may apply depending on service.)⚫ The commissioned artwork may be used for personal display (profile picture, banners, posting on social media pages with credit [tag @ZealousFoil], or printing for yourself) but may not be used for profit without the artist's agreement.⚫ AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI or minted as NFTS.⚫ Two (2) free major revisions can be requested. Extra revisions will require an additional fee.
PAYMENT
⚫ Payments are done 50% upfront once the client approves the initial rough sketch and color. The remaining 50% must be paid in full once the colored and rendered artwork is completed⚫ Privacy Fee (NDA): An additional fee will be asked to keep the commissioned art private and out of my public portfolio
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
⚫ Completion takes up to 2-4 weeks depending on complexity, queue, and health.⚫I will message the client immediately if any delays occur⚫Final Delivery: Your finished, full-resolution artwork is delivered as a PNG file directly to your email.
COPYRIGHT
⚫Artist Ownership: I retain full copyright. Clients buy usage rights, not ownserhip of the art.⚫Self-Promotion: I may use the art to promote my services on social media.⚫NDA Exception: If you bought the privacy fee, the artwork will never be posted publicly
REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS
⚫ Artist Cancellation: I have the right to cancel and refund your order at any time⚫Client Cancellation: You can only cancel before payment is made⚫No Refunds: Refunds are unavailable once paid, unless I cannot finish the artwork⚫Chargeback Penalty: Forcing a chargeback instantly voids your usage and rights and places you in a public blacklist entry. If you charge back. I will resell. reuse, or file a formal complaint against you. A chargeback made without contacting me first may be disputed with evidence of the completed work and transaction.
